The GREENTOWN PINGYANG PLOT A28 is situated in the eastern district of Pingyang County, Wenzhou, with Feiao Avenue to the east, Guozhuang River to the south, Dongchuan Road to the west, and Yongning Road to the north. Spanning approximately 89,484 m2, the core concept of the project revolves around “following the natural flow, inspired by nature.” It honors the site’s natural boundaries and the relationship between the development and the surrounding landscape. With a staggered building design, the project creates an ever-changing connection with the expansive scenery, utilizes the landscape to its fullest and offers a truly unique living experience. At the entrance, cascading water, stone elements, and landscape walls evoke the atmosphere of Pingyang, a city of mountains and seas. The entrance itself is marked by a grand 36-meter-wide, 9-meter-high white jade archway, inspired by the project’s distinctive “Eastern Jade Feathers” symbol. The façade combines Snow White jade stone with glass to reflect the Eastern craft tradition of “polishing raw jade” and demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and ingenuity. The GREENTOWN PINGYANG PLOT A28 is divided into two main areas: the low-density community in the east and the high-rise and flat areas in the west. The clubhouse, serving as the primary link between these two residential zones, is designed with both above-ground and underground passageways for easy access. As you pass through the entrance, the landscape becomes the connection between the two areas. The over 4,000 m2 courtyard is like a dynamic, “breathing” three-dimensional landscape painting, with shifting views and endless beauty at every turn. The bronze sculpture wall, glass curtains, fountain, and waterfall are thoughtfully arranged to weave a scene that embodies the essence of an Eastern garden, where “a garden exists within a courtyard, and a courtyard within a garden.”
