Depicted with a gray-white palette scale in a spacious layout, the modern simplicity contributes to a cozy harmony in the living space. Entering the house, one can see the shared space is divided into a reception area and a private one. The designer applies furniture that adds a homey vibe to the ambiance. In addition, the living room and the dining table are arranged to be the main activity areas where family members bond with each other and where dreams start to thrive. From the entrance, one can see the reception area is also divided into a lounge and a playroom. Through the use of semi-partition and the slightly high-rise flooring with staircases, the air is ensured to be ventilated while maintaining the independence of the living room. Two curved sofas form a circle to complete the best environment for conversation. With great sunlight introduced through big-sized French windows, detailed stone veins and metallic lines are shown in the room of simplicity. Wooden material decoration, shades of brown, and fireplace installation offer warm and harmonious visual perception. Particularly, glass sliding doors are used in different transition areas, where private, and public spaces are separated, cooking area and light meal area are partitioned. Thus, cooking fumes can be kept in just a certain room, contributing to convenience for usage and translucency. The flexibility of this arrangement allows for more possibilities to keep spaces independent or connected. Family members are encouraged to casually spend time together, mainly in the living and dining room. The diverse choices of cooking and dining spaces provide different experiences of “eating,” which not only meet the daily needs but also unite the family. The whole space is paved with stone material on the wall and the floor. Fulfilling the owners’ wishes, the designer ensures the layout to be airy and concise, yet maintains a sense of warmth.
