This project is a sales center planning in Qingdao, China. Given the beautiful scenery of red tiles and green trees, blue sea and blue sky, and rolling hills, the design team introduced these elements into the space and planned the space layout and artistic presentation to create a modern urban look full of vitality. Relying on Qingdao’s natural scenery and cultural characteristics, the main story features "Exploring the Tide by the Wind.” It is interlinked with various themes such as "Opening – Sailing,” "Trend – Lighthouse,” "Tide - Elf Island,” "Tide - Interesting Place,” and "Tide - Breaking the Wave.” -The theme of the showroom is "Tide Down – Haven.” A smooth, flowing line is planned by setting the hook with storytelling. Marble and wood veneer is utilized throughout the space to create a simple, neat, and elegant texture. The installation art made of stainless steel adds artistic beauty and creates a modern and luxurious space. The outdoor natural scenery is introduced through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It interacts quietly in the open space, creating an enchanting atmosphere of living in a prosperous place and entering a peach blossom source. The design team carefully plans the project, and every detail is properly designed to inject abundant vitality into the space. Many interesting and fun objects are displayed to liven up the space and attract more people who resonate with each other to gather here to explore the multi-dimensional spiritual world of life. The project is equipped with large floor-to-ceiling windows in each area, allowing a large amount of natural light into the room and bathing the space in sunlight. In this way, it is not necessary to turn on the lights during the daytime, and it can satisfy the users' demand for light, thus reducing the use of lamps, prolonging their life span, and reducing electricity consumption, thus achieving the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction.
