ESG values have emerged as a global consensus, so we attempted to create a "passive residence" and use green materials as much as possible. The color palette is a combination of gray and vivid colors and the living and dining rooms are decorated with marble to create a delicate texture. The two TV walls are painted with cement texture artistic paint, which give off different colors under different lighting conditions, thus imbuing the relaxed vacation vibe that the homeowner aspires to. The functions of the space is not compromised because of the small space; building materials and equipment are fully utilized to truly realize the best use of the space. To create a sense of vacation resort style living, tiles and flooring mosaics were applied to the entrance foyer and master bedroom entrance and although only a small piece, it gives off a strong sense of decorum. In order to meet the owner's health requirements, there is a full range of equipment such as hidden dehumidifiers, air conditioners and energy recovery ventilation (ERV), all of which are energy-saving and integrated to maintain constant temperature and humidity, fresh air and health and safety. The system cabinets also feature beveled corners in order to maintain the smooth flow of the lines, but each of the design details exude distinct characteristics. The use of diatomaceous earth also demonstrates master craftmanship and it is made in the L-shape (the other side of the wall is the external wall), mainly to regulate indoor humidity and isolate the outdoor temperature to ensure that the interior is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
