The project involves the development of a magnificent 12-storey residential building for congregate housing. Furthermore, this stunning building will include three underground floors and will be situated in close proximity to an area that has been designated for ecological conservation. The location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by lush green parks, natural environments, and other verdant areas.

The design of the building is truly unique. Firstly, it includes setback-style elements on all four sides of the base. This ensures that no matter where you look from, you will be greeted with a sense of tranquility and peace. Secondly, an open plaza is being constructed on the front side of the building, which will be integrated with green landscaping, creating a perfect spot for residents to unwind and relax.

Moreover, the building's low-profile grey and white color scheme is intended to harmonize with the surrounding community's green belts and facilities. This thoughtful design fosters a mutually beneficial relationship between the structure and nature, making it a true masterpiece. In addition, the vista of this building is simply delightful, and it promises to be a breathtaking sight for all to behold.

The building's design is a beautiful fusion of modern and simplistic styles, both on the exterior and in the internal public spaces. The design allows the building to seamlessly blend into the surrounding ecological environment, while creating a cozy and comfortable living space for residents. The team behind the building's exterior planning chose to incorporate simple and clean vertical lines and frame design, complemented by an interlaced metal grille design. This created a visually stunning and rhythmic effect that showcases the building's simple yet powerful architectural imagery. The exterior design was carefully considered to blend in with the base environment, which was taken into account during the planning process.
