The project is located in the area where the former site of "Changjiang Daily" is situated, which is the most flourishing cultural trend in the last century. Taking the diversified aesthetic styles under the fusion of modern Chinese and Western cultures as the entry point, the designer extracts the aesthetic elements such as green tiles and red walls, patchwork tiles, and engraved prints, and translates the unique visual language of urban impression, social background and period images into the expression of spatial design to show the emotional connection between human beings and the space, as well as the history.
Through the winding water corridor, the front hall is like an island floating on the water, and the visual focus of the space is the wooden installation, which is made of wooden blocks with inscriptions. The negotiation area creates a transparent and open view with a smooth line of movement, where the haze of glass, the suppleness of leather and the hard lines of metal interact with light and shadow. The flower room is made of champagne-colored metal with vintage water-grain glass, and rich green plants are displayed to give visitors an energetic and pleasurable sensory experience. The combination of contemporary and classical aesthetic elements presents a delicate and rich spatial texture.
