Qingshui Bay Xinhai Sales Center is located in Qingshui Bay, Hainan, China. Situated on the eastern coast, spanning the towns of Yingzhou and Xincun, the area boasts a narrow beach and approximately 12 kilometers of coastline, enjoying unique geographical advantages that enhance the natural appeal of the entire building space. The project aims to provide visitors with a space that feels comfortable, free, and familiar, blending Eastern artistic conception with Western techniques to craft a pleasant and elegant atmosphere.

In crafting the overall atmosphere, the design seamlessly integrates natural landscape and indoor scenery, utilizing indoor gardening techniques to organically blend architecture, landscape, and interior spaces. Additionally, clean and elegant spaces are achieved with suspended design through the use of "one frame, one scene" techniques. Considering the future use of the sales center as a restaurant or bar and its location in a humid, corrosive seaside environment, materials of metal mesh panels and rock slabs are incorporated to ensure durability and spatial texture. The design of Qingshui Bay Xinhai Sales Center also upholds the concept of respecting nature, maximizing the use of natural resources such as air, water, and light. This is achieved by introducing natural light into the interior through openings and enlarging lighting surfaces, facilitating better synergy between the building, interior, and outdoor landscapes. The rooftop garden, themed around "nature," continues the Eastern artistic conception, bringing traditional Eastern gardens into the building, creating a serene and leisurely atmosphere.
