Inspired by Master Da Vinci's appreciation for the rhythmic beauty of curves, the design weaves a seamless flow of space, understated yet richly layered. A graceful curve outlines the entryway, uniting the living and dining areas. The ceiling, with its fluid transition from narrow to wide, invites exploration and anticipation. The effect is harmonious dynamism, a space that feels both alive and composed.
The use of low-VOC, F1-grade materials and eco-friendly paints ensures a safe, health-conscious environment, while sustainability remains another key. The vision is to balance built form and nature, creating a living aesthetic that is refined and green.
This newly completed 132-sqm residence features 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. The open-plan design fosters flow, defining zones while maintaining seamless connectivity. It adapts effortlessly to daily rituals or entertaining, highlighting its versatility.
The designer emphasizes the relationship between materials, space, and everyday life. Curved ceiling edges and a play of light-dark tones on varying heights create a floating effect, enhancing verticality. The curved transitions from ceiling to wall further aid the visual flow, fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. The façade continues such play of light and dark with velvety suede-textured coffee brown against calm grey stone veins, evoking a refined yet strong character. As night descends, the darker corner gradually softens. The bar’s varied heights and tones echo this very theme.
Here, the open-plan living, bar, and kitchen transcend conventional space definitions, allowing light to mingle with materials for a sense of openness. As boundaries between function and style dissolve, it creates visual and sensory harmony, allowing residents to experience depth and sophistication through each subtle variation.
