Located in the humid area of Taipei City, the project focuses on exceptional indoor air quality and humidity control. Advanced systems for total heat exchange, suspended dehumidification, and air purification are discreetly hidden within the ceiling. An underfloor heating system adds warmth during colder months, ensuring a clean, fresh indoor environment.
Safety and future readiness are prioritized with rounded corners to prevent injuries, particularly for potential future children. The minimalist yet functional design features all systems controllable via smartphone apps, highlighting the modern smart home concept and offering residents unparalleled convenience.

The television wall uses patented eco-friendly waterproof paint that regulates humidity, reflecting the couple's commitment to environmentally conscious living.
