As a place of residence, environmental design does not rely on metaphors to obtain perceptions of poetry, nobility, elegance, or comfort, but rather provides specific responses based on existing conditions and the needs of users. As enterprise management becomes increasingly flat and office models become more diverse and transparent, the design of office spaces is undergoing transformation. The composite composition of multifunctionality, multi scenario, high timeliness, and high experience has become a new generation of office needs. Facing users with diverse needs, abandoning fixed paradigms and removing the mix of popular styles in experiential office has become the choice to create a model office for Zhonghai Mingde Center. As an existence that sets an independent label for the enterprise, we attempt to find an ideal place to express a people-oriented office life. The combination of space, volume, and lines displayed under light and shadow establishes the silence and tranquility of the office lobby. The top-down arrangement of marble segmentation arrays creates a serene atmosphere, with seamlessly integrated line and block lights interpreting the classic use of light as a building material in the scene, gently extending the spatial form. Bright and open spaces are incorporated into the expansive space, with light and shadow gradually permeating the building, creating a pure space with a sense of power that strikes the heart. Ask questions about the openness and flexibility of office spaces, and explore the value of new future office spaces. The towering green painted mortise and tenon structure partitions echo the cultural attributes of the front hall. In the staggered grids, the creative combination of different scenarios such as temporary meetings, seminars, rest, and office allows the space to return to the needs of users. The transparent scene simulation provides a real life experience and evokes emotional resonance.
