This exquisite landscape design project is tailored for a residential building nestled in a mountainous city. Drawing inspiration from the breathtaking mountain vistas and flowing streams, the design team has crafted a vision that aims to encapsulate the essence of natural beauty. The central elements of the plan are a captivating garden water feature and an artfully simulated mountain trail. By seamlessly blending the rugged grandeur of mountains with the serenity of water and lush greenery, the design aspires to fashion an idyllic, expansive living space for residents. This sanctuary-like setting offers an unparalleled opportunity for urban dwellers to relish a harmonious coexistence with nature, amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. Standing at the entrance to the property, one will be struck by the skillfully crafted walking path adorned with continuous stone pillars and rock walls. The impressive stone column array exudes a sense of grandeur, resembling a colossal formation. Further exploration reveals a meticulously designed landscape featuring verdant green belts, artfully arranged pool areas, and graceful eaves galleries. The deliberate layering of these elements creates an immersive environment, evoking the sensation of wandering through a scattered mountainous terrain. Considering the spatial limitations of the site, the design team astutely utilized visual perception to manipulate the perceived scale of the space. A gracefully undulating veranda elegantly connects various areas, while expansive, transparent floor-to-ceiling windows seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, offering an expansive visual perspective of the surroundings. On the beautifully landscaped deck, the planting wall features elegantly designed lines inspired by the rain depicted in ukiyo-e paintings. The vertical arrangement of fine grey and white stones creates a captivating sense of movement and variety.
