Nestled against the mountain and adjacent to a road, the site of Sanlian Community Service Center is serenely secluded from the bustling city. We envision this place not just as a architecture but as a "container" that allows people to escape the urban clamor, seek tranquility, and engage in a meaningful dialogue with nature. Our design concept is encapsulated in these words: "reception, outing, leaning on the railings, stacked greenery, mountain whispers, and seeking greenery."
The project is located on the northern side of Sanlian Community Park in Longhua District, Shenzhen. The site is flat and expansive, with the only access point on the east side. The south and west sides are connected to Longxiu Park by steep slopes. Covering a plot area of 3,178.69 sqm, the project has a total building area of 10,129.32 sqm. Its programs include a service center, community cultural activity rooms, a youth entrepreneurship center, community sports facilities, a canteen, and community fire emergency rooms, among other functions. This design scheme employs a "vertical stacking and functional integration" strategy, creating a vertical small-scale community service complex.
