This project showcases an impressive mixed-use building that seamlessly integrates both residential and commercial spaces across seven floors of vibrant urban life, with an additional floor below ground. Crafted with an emphasis on refined materials, the building is elegantly finished in the signature JS'Maxx corporate colors, which lend a sleek and contemporary flair. The exterior design is a striking combination of geometric elements that not only accentuate the building's distinct layering but also create a captivating three-dimensional effect. This thoughtful approach amplifies the visual richness and dynamism of the structure, endowing it with a unique character that ensures it stands out in the skyline. Ultimately, this architectural masterpiece reflects the owner's brand elegance and sophistication, inviting admiration and recognition while embodying a modern lifestyle.
The main facade of the building serves as a captivating focal point in the overall design. In response to stringent legal regulations regarding sunlight on the site’s north side, the architect skillfully divided the facade into two distinct sections, each featuring varying heights. This thoughtful division not only adheres to regulatory requirements but also imbues the structure with a rich sense of layering and depth.
Embodying the owner’s vision, the facade is elegantly adorned in shades of brown and gold, enhanced by a sophisticated interplay of lines. The left section boasts a striking brown glass curtain wall, beautifully complemented by a golden horizontal grid that gracefully dances in a gradient arc. In contrast, the right section showcases an impressive arrangement of golden vertical grids that ascend from the second to the seventh floor. Furthermore, the rooftop is transformed into a serene garden space. Meticulously designed with lush planting and natural landscapes, this area offers the owner a tranquil retreat.
