Feng'an Nine-Year School is located in the Pinghu Sub-district of Shenzhen. The site is situated on the southeast side of the intersection of Fenghuang Avenue and Feng'an Road, within the urban renewal areas of Fenghuang Industrial Park and Shengping Factory. This project involves the construction of a nine-year school with a capacity of 81 classes. The total site area is 38,260.9㎡, with a total construction area of 79,061㎡, including 51,858㎡for essential school facilities and 27,203㎡for supplementary school facilities. Additionally, the underground garage and equipment rooms occupy 12,763㎡.
The design concept emphasizes "integration with park greenery, cross-axis connectivity, school-community sharing, and three-sided enclosure." The design scheme highlights landscape integration and shared school-community space. Along Fenghuang Avenue, open public facilities—including a lecture hall, gymnasium, and swimming pool—are positioned to form an open and interactive community hub where the campus and the community blend seamlessly.
