The project is called "Green Boat", and the site faces the first row of the 40-meter greenway and is adjacent to a park and a school, targeting people who are buying their first home. To magnify the advantages of the site, the design team plans this place with "three lows and one high", so that Green Boat can become a building that carries all the greenery in the city.
The project has five floors above ground, with the first floor having a height of 4.1 meters as a flat parking space. The exterior is composed of geometric elements to highlight the light and dark changes of daylight, and the colors are classic black, gray, and white. It is worth mentioning that the material is presented with imported stone texture paint in consideration of Taiwan's location in the earthquake zone, reducing the risk of peeling off the tiles and avoiding the dirt and stains accumulating on them. Moreover, the design team uses architectural concrete and rock color spray to form a look that will never go out of fashion. Lastly, the project considers the four cores of light, water, heat, and sound pollution for a more relaxed and comfortable life for the users.
