The project is a model house, called "Exclusive Privilege". It is the owner's exclusive residence, but when the client visits it is an exclusive club. The grand, relaxed, and casual atmosphere of the space makes for a smoother negotiation process between the owner and the client.
The classical style is decorated with minimalistic linear lights, imported tiles, marble walls, and grilles to show a classical and grand public area. The linear lights on the ceiling form a staggering effect of light and shadow. The space with both classical beauty and a modern sense provides the owner with an exclusive taste of life.
The ceiling of the bedroom is made of trims, providing a comfortable resting space for the users. In the master bedroom, the design team cleverly plans the beams and columns to create storage space while reducing the sharpness of the columns.
