The AW Café. Winter expresses the theme of "winter" by incorporating the imagery of auroras, a magnificent natural wonder in the dark sky that inspires a sense of hope. The design concept originated from the story of a little boy who captured an aurora in a box and brought it back home to create his own cosmos.

The interior space is divided into two distinct areas. The open kitchen that represents the aurora captured in a box used cooler tones of stainless steel and gray. The other dining area that represents the aurora released into the room used warmer tones are found in the beige walls, wallpaper, vintage wall lamps, champagne-colored metal, and plants to create a cozy and refreshing ambiance in the dining area.

It's an all-day café that offers a natural, organic dining experience in an accommodating and cozy environment. The chefs can interact and serve to guests from the center island of the open kitchen. The buffet area located on the side, allows guests to choose their favorite food can also opt for make-to-order that all prepared with fresh ingredients by our chef team.
The space design to floor-to-ceiling windows allowed sunlight to fill the interior space and bring in the lush green landscape outside, encouraging a strong connection between man and nature. Two auroras in nebulous shapes and various colors float subtly in the ceiling, yielding a surreal ambiance that brings joyful to the ordinary life.

In planning the YUIMOM Group’s serviced apartment, we have strategically opened all four restaurants in the same geographical area to allow for a streamlined purchasing and storage process to reduce the need for multiple delivery trips and excessive manpower.

AW Café. Winter boasts low carbon footprint that complies with environmentally friendliness. Drawing on emphasizing the farm-to-table approach. In addition, the “freshly prepared as ordered” process minimizes waste and better meets the needs of individual guests.
