The site is a new apartment. The name of the project, "Daylight Barrel", is inspired by the container in which wine is made. The design team requested a large number of storage cabinets, and the theme of the project is the containers that carry the sunlight. After removing unnecessary partitions, many cabinets are installed in each area, the complexity of the lines is simplified, and visual highlights are added to meet the functional needs. The home looks like it incorporates natural light into the space, quietly allowing daylight to fill the room.
The color palette is complemented by playful and lively design elements, including terrazzo, multi-style cabinets, and warm light strips, creating a fun, flexible, and inviting look. Cabinet details such as light strips and refractive glass add to the aesthetic and functionality. The project meets the client's storage needs while maintaining a cozy and open home.
