Located in the serene Jingyue District of southeast Changchun City, Zone AB's commercial facilities offer two distinct yet complementary spaces: a clubhouse complex and a sunken plaza.

The clubhouse complex, nestled in the static area, features a tranquil central courtyard surrounded by buildings. It provides a serene escape for relaxation and various activities. The sunken plaza, situated in the dynamic area, offers a bustling environment with lush landscaping and cultural events during summer. Both areas are connected by a large entrance staircase, creating a vibrant urban stage.

In the sunken plaza, retail spaces, offices, and apartments offer a diverse mix of functions. The layout shields the plaza from harsh winds, fostering a stable microclimate. The absence of a basement promotes healthy vegetation growth, enhancing the greenery.

The clubhouse cluster exhibits rhythmic variation in design, creating an engaging streetscape. Exterior elements like horizontal rooflines and decorative columns add aesthetic appeal. The landscaped plaza surrounding the clubhouse offers a comfortable visual experience.

Overall, Zone AB provides two lush green spaces catering to diverse community needs. Whether enjoying cultural events in the sunken plaza or finding solace in the clubhouse courtyard, residents and visitors experience vibrant contemporary living in Jingyue District.
