Comprising mid-rise and high-rise residential blocks, the design emphasizes southern exposure for optimal sunlight and energy efficiency. The facade features a modern aesthetic with varying widths of metal lines and glass curtain balconies.

Ground levels host low-rise commercial storefronts, providing essential amenities and embracing the lush greenery and waterfront views. Strategically positioned to ensure openness and sunlight, the residential blocks maintain connectivity to the lakeside park. The north-facing lakefront shops feature an organic layout that harmonizes with the waterfront, enhancing urban vibrancy while providing a rich foreground for the residential buildings.
