Situated within Changchun City's Lianhua Mountain Ecotourism Resort, the commercial hub complements Guitangdong via a waterway, with six interconnected buildings lining a pedestrian street. Nestled amidst lush hills along the Zhaojiagangzi River, the site spans 1.53 hectares and boasts exceptional greenery.

The layout adapts to the terrain, with the east side aligned to the main road elevation, featuring street-facing buildings, while the west accommodates a kindergarten with ample outdoor space. The architecture blends seamlessly with the surroundings, utilizing light wood-tone aluminum panels, warm stone, and glass curtains. Warm lighting amidst trees enhances the serene ambiance at night.

The site prioritizes connectivity and natural integration. Street-facing buildings on the east and low-density structures in the central section create a harmonious streetscape. Spacious gaps between buildings integrate with the riverside landscape, offering leisure options like waterfront promenades and gentle slopes. The kindergarten, situated on the west side, connects seamlessly with the riverside park, featuring outdoor activity areas and a potential play area for children.

Strategic underground parking entrance placement minimizes visual impact, while preserving green areas for natural growth. Building massing emphasizes a horizontal skyline, with ground floors featuring transparent glass curtains for seamless indoor-outdoor integration. Upper floors incorporate stone lines and wooden-tone aluminum panels, echoing nature's horizontal landscape.

At night, the architecture illuminates like a lantern, blending harmoniously with the surroundings. The kindergarten, with its unique orientations and colors, adds a touch of coolness, exceeding expectations and enhancing the overall ambiance.
