Situated in the southeast corner of a fan-shaped urban block, this architectural gem serves as an unobtrusive administrative hub for the central green park.
Surrounded by towering residential structures on three sides and low-rise buildings to the south, the building's design harmonizes with its environment. Its meandering shape, resembling the area's DNA, subtly defines the park's boundary while integrating seamlessly with the landscape. Placed strategically at the southeast corner, it serves as a gateway to the park and minimizes overshadowing.
In response to the undulating park landscape, the low-rise, 2-story structure preserves the park's ambiance and provides an ideal habitat for plants. Its underground parking entrance features a gentle ramp, reducing construction emissions. Exterior walls prioritize energy efficiency and visual transparency.
To blend with the park, the building features curved corners and a sunken plaza connecting with green landscapes. Horizontal skylight overhangs and vertical columns add depth to the facade. Recessed outdoor plazas offer leisure spaces, while a landscape glass curtain wall frames the indoor landscape. The design fosters seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity and interaction.
With its meandering form and thoughtful placement, this structure promises to enhance the park's ambiance, offering a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
