The design of Busztynova reinterprets tradition in a modern way, creating a refined and
inviting space that enhances both the culinary experience and the brand’s identity. The
relocation provided an opportunity to rethink the interior design, introducing a new aesthetic
while incorporating elements that reflect the company’s craft – cheese making.

The entire interior design is inspired by the company’s flagship products. The signature
cheeses - Amber, Sapphire and Ruby – are reflected in the interior color scheme. This theme
also extends to custom graphics that illustrate the cheese making process and add an
educational layer to the space. The choice of materials reinforces the warm atmosphere, with
a dark-toned palette, golden lighting, and wood finishes creating a cohesive environment,
while acoustic ceiling panels that resemble natural wood enhance both sound quality and
complement the overall design.

The focal point of the interior is a 7-meter-long bar divided into two functional areas – a
beverage section and a delicatessen counter with artisan cheeses and related products. Its
gently curved shape, emphasized by illuminated details and golden accents, lends it
elegance. A notable highlight is the large glass-fronted displays in the entrance area.
Flexibility and adaptability define the space, enabling it to fulfill multiple functions. A movable
partition wall allows the space to be transformed between everyday dining and private
events, making the restaurant versatile - an essential feature in its office building location.
Another innovative feature of this design is the open kitchen, which allows guests to observe
the cooking process and promotes a sense of transparency.

Combining tradition with modernity, Busztynova's design creates an inviting atmosphere that
emphasizes the brand's identity and enhances the dining experience. The flexibility of the
space and the educational elements make it both functional and appealing to guests.
