‘Great sound is often subtle, and great form is not bound by tangible structure’ – Chinese Philosopher, Laozi

Intentionality could be found within the unintentional. Design, too, should be this way - avoid being overtly deliberate, and not insist too strongly on one’s view. Instead, allow room for a diversity of expressions.

In this 116-square-meter newly built home, a sleek black-n-white palette backgrounds its 3-bedroom, 2-living room configuration, setting the tone for an elegant and timeless vibe. Thoughtfully chosen materials, including large slab tiles, wood veneer, LOTOS plaster, louvre blinds, and smoked glass, add a refined, classic touch.

The design merges contemporary trends with practicality, balancing simplicity, comfort, and harmony. While clean lines and minimalistic approach bring out the space’s natural essence, unfolding a lighthearted atmosphere, the open-plan layout maximizes space flow, subtly weaving luxury into every corner.

At the core of the design is a commitment to health and sustainability. Decorative elements are pared down to allow for natural light and shades to organically evolve with the space. The use of natural stone, low-VOC boards, and eco-friendly paints ensures a space that meets both aesthetic and safety standards.

The vision is to create a home that offers not just comfort and quality but lasting value—a space where the owners can unwind and feel rejuvenated amidst the hustle of everyday life. Natural light and ventilation are prioritized, seamlessly blending boundaries between indoor and outdoor. Each design detail, while subtle, invites a fluid dynamism where time and space coalesces, encouraging a deeper human-space connection along the interplay of light and shadow.

The bedrooms echo the refined sensibility of the communal spaces, offering a serene retreat. The overall concept embraces the idea that modern luxury lies not in excess, but in simplicity—owning less, and savoring more.
