The design follows the principle of "Space as Education," integrating an open communal area, fluid spatial transitions, and thoughtful material and lighting applications to create a residence filled with warmth and belonging. The traditionally enclosed kitchen has been reimagined as the social heart of the home, enhancing interaction while encouraging shared experiences, making daily life more connected and meaningful.

• Negative-pressure smoking room in the master suite: A dedicated ventilation system allows the homeowner to smoke freely without affecting the family.
• Private en-suite bathroom for the daughter: A "princess suite" providing privacy and comfort, designed to grow with her needs.
• Balanced lighting design: Carefully positioned fixtures and LED strips ensure soft, even illumination, avoiding glare while adding warmth and depth.
