This project involves the thoughtful planning and design of a commercial space for a hair salon, aimed at creating an inviting yet professional atmosphere. The design team has strategically chosen a palette of low-chroma colors—primarily black, white, and gray—to form the elegant foundation of the salon. This minimalist approach not only reinforces the salon's clean and sophisticated brand image but also allows the remarkable transformations of clients post-haircut or color to take center stage. Every aspect of the design is meticulously curated, featuring neat and uniform linear elements that flow throughout the space. The arrangement of lighting fixtures, seating, and the style of the glass partitions all contribute to a cohesive aesthetic, symbolizing the dedication of the hairdressers to achieve flawless hair artistry. A standout feature of the salon is the specially customized mirrors, designed as essential tools for interaction between hairdressers and clients. After extensive discussions between the stylists and the design team, each mirror has been equipped with functional elements such as electrical sockets, hooks, and lockable cabinets. This thoughtful integration not only enhances the usability of the space but also ensures a personalized and exclusive experience for both clientele and stylists.
Upon stepping into the room, visitors are immediately struck by the harmonious palette of grey and white, artfully accented by select pieces of black furniture that contribute to a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. The thoughtfully crafted open layout enhances the spaciousness of the activity area, enabling seamless movement and interaction among guests. Instead of conventional tandem seating arrangements, the design features a striking mirrored table equipped with individual movable wheels. This innovative element allows for effortless reconfiguration to accommodate a variety of future needs, promoting adaptability and collaboration.
