"Offering ultimate relaxation and a professional experience" is the core concept of the salon. By incorporating wood elements, coatings, and soft, diffused lighting, the space exudes a cozy and stress-free atmosphere.
Workflow Planning
The open-layout design ensures that customers are greeted with a spacious view as they step out of the enclosed stairwell. The shampoo area and haircut area are strategically placed on either side of the corridor, creating a clear spatial division that enhances workflow efficiency while maintaining a smooth and seamless traffic flow.
Lighting Design
In the workspace, the brass pendant lights emit a soft, warm glow that complements the overall color scheme. The slightly elevated shampoo area features embedded strip lighting along the floor, subtly indicating the change in height and increasing safety by providing enhanced visibility. Above the reclining shampoo chairs, adjustable track lighting is designed to reduce direct light, providing a more comfortable experience for clients. Additionally, built-in lighting within the storage cabinets enhances illumination while adding depth and warmth to the space.
Material Selection
To maximize the sense of spaciousness, the design features a light color palette. Soft wood tones and beige-gray coatings form the foundation, adding a warm and inviting human touch. A marble-patterned accent adorns the middle of the storage cabinet, subtly adding a touch of understated luxury.
