Natural and warm textures were incorporated to expand the visual spaciousness of the home. The living room features a sleek, white lacquer TV wall that exudes contemporary elegance. In the master bedroom, a concealed door design adds visual continuity and also provides subtle privacy. A system wardrobe integrates seamlessly with a custom wooden sliding TV wall, combining functionality and aesthetics. The design further refines the living space with a rounded column in the living room, enhancing fluidity and harmony. The column is adorned with hand-crafted woodwork and artistic finishes, which amplify the softness and visual appeal of the room. The sofa backdrop employs a semi-curved shape and artisanal paintwork, skillfully blending the wall and column for a cozy and cohesive atmosphere. The project incorporates a variety of eco-friendly green building materials, including F1 low-formaldehyde lumber core plywood panels and F1 pest- and water-resistant laminated veneer lumber, materials extensively used in flooring, ceilings, and interior decor. Recycled materials such as waste glass, rubber, and inorganic sludge are creatively repurposed to minimize material waste. The plumbing system was fully upgraded to reduce water flow resistance while high-efficiency, durable copper-core wiring was installed and complemented by a smart electricity management system.orated to expand the visual spaciousness of the home.
