New Haier Culture Exhibition Hall
The unique feature of its exhibition design is that it is a museum without any exhibits. Its content is Haier's "management philosophy"!
In the spatial layout of the exhibition hall, "人单合一" is positioned at the core, symbolizing its influence not only on Haier's 300,000 employees but also on over 160 enterprises worldwide that adopt this management philosophy. The idea of “rendanheyi” is universal, like the moon being reflected in all waters. This is precisely Haier’s wish to influence enterprises worldwide.
The surrounding areas represent Haier's three historical stages: the 80's, 90's, and the current Internet era. Usually, this kind of surround is only apparent on the floor plan, and visitors might not sense the existence of the center while walking through it.
In order to emphasize the core idea’s impact on the three historical periods, we connected all three areas to the central space, covering them with water. The water not only prevents visitors from crossing and disrupting the tour route but also reflects the moon with the writing "人单合一", illustrating its philosophical grounds in different historical periods.
After exploring all exhibition areas, visitors reach a serene space where they finally see the full view of the core concept, "The Moon Reflecting All waters“.
Utilizing a map of the world as the ground model of the pool, a globe screen is suspended in the center. The screen projects images of the earth and the moon, visually manifesting the metaphorical representation of "The Moon Reflecting All Rivers." This symbolizes the extension of the idea of "人单合一" from domestic to international.
As visitors progress through this immersive experience, their emotions gradually accumulate, reaching a crescendo by the end of the exhibition.
