Luminous Eclipse redefines modern apartment living through a harmonious integration of circulation, material layering, and emotional resonance. Situated in a newly built unit with multiple windows, the design avoids the conventional approach of anchoring the TV on a wall. Instead, a central low-height partition was introduced to serve as a dual-sided media wall and subtle spatial divider. This choice fosters fluid movement and open communication across the living and dining areas, creating a loop-like circulation that enhances user interaction.
The project’s strength lies in its refined use of contrasting materials. Warm wood panels establish a serene base, while brushed metal elements and dark marble add depth and sophistication. A translucent stone column at the foyer becomes a sculptural light source, emitting a soft glow that elevates the arrival experience. This material composition is further refined through custom lighting strategies, including indirect LED strips and layered shelving backlighting, offering tactile and visual richness.
In the private areas, thoughtful detailing continues. The master bedroom features a stone veneer headboard wall supported by concealed steel framing, a solution crafted to bear the weight of natural stone while maintaining aesthetic purity.
