Located in the southeastern corner of the city within the lush Jingyue District, Juyue Commercial Street spans 500 meters along Yongshun Road. At its center, Sakura East Street opens into a pedestrian plaza surrounded by six unique commercial buildings. This green plaza, featuring a water fountain and seating, serves as the main entrance to the Juyue Mansion. On the eastern side of the street, a standalone community shopping mall adds convenience.
The two-story commercial buildings feature spacious interiors with ceiling heights of 4.5 and 6.5 meters. Their facades combine zigzagged glass curtain walls with recessed aluminum panels for ventilation and energy efficiency. The street layout incorporates varying alley widths of 6, 16, and 22 meters to create a dynamic urban experience.
Flanking the core area are six-story garden office buildings in a refined style, blending textured granite and sleek metal. The inner street features two rows of two-story storefronts with distinctive designs, transparent canopies, and pedestrian pathways, fostering a lively and inviting commercial environment.
