The site is on the east side of Renmin Street in Changchun, next to the 30.85-hectare Youyi Park. It features six office buildings, 13–14 stories high, atop a shared underground level.

The west-side Buildings 1 and 2 face the main street at 14 stories, while four east-side buildings enclose a green courtyard for office occupants.

With a natural north-south slope, the south edge forms a commercial frontage, with three vehicle entrances to underground parking. The façade combines vertical stone walls, metal accents, and glass, creating a modern garden office space.
