This project skillfully transforms a bare shell property into a space that balances the refined exclusivity of a private club with the comfort and functionality of a luxury residence. Using premium materials and a distinctive, curated aesthetic, the design delivers a richly immersive five-sense experience for its occupants.

The entryway is layered with a sense of ceremony and spatial rhythm, expressed through contrasting floor materials, sculptural partition columns, and full-height wall cabinetry on both sides. Materials such as gloss-finished tiles, custom-cut stone, titanium-coated metal, crystal-finished lacquer, and stone-textured panels were thoughtfully selected to convey a spirit of refined hospitality, provide ample storage, and amplify the interplay of light and shadow. The open-plan layout fluidly connects the living room, island kitchen, dining area, and a glass-enclosed multi-functional room. The island is designed with a tiered configuration that seamlessly transitions into the dining table, incorporating an IH cooktop, integrated sink, and temperature-controlled wine cabinet. These bespoke elements enrich the space with practicality and a touch of sophistication—elevating the everyday dining and gathering experience.

A restrained palette of black, grey, and white defines the ceiling, walls, and floors, with crisp linear elements accentuating balanced proportions. The sloped ceiling is framed with decorative beams, enhancing the space with a sense of calm and understated luxury.

Metallic trim flanking the dining cabinet subtly highlights the entrances to both the master and secondary bedrooms, while the audiovisual wall in the dining area is seamlessly integrated with the guest bathroom. In the master suite, a refined composition of warm greys and burnished bronze captures a stately and luxurious aesthetic.
