Project Overview
Dreamer's Dell Dwellings is a premium residential enclave situated on the outskirts of Hsinchu Science Park. Tailored for high-end tech professionals, it integrates modern architecture with the natural hillside terrain to create a safe, tranquil, and visually captivating living environment. The project achieved the region's highest sales price per unit, setting a new benchmark for luxury hillside residences.
In response to Taiwan's frequent earthquakes and the limitations of conventional detached or row-house layouts, the design employs a staggered, landscape-integrated arrangement. Five interconnected buildings are positioned to form a unified, rolling hill silhouette, reducing the visual isolation of individual structures and blending harmoniously with the surrounding farmland, ridges, and river.

Staggered Massing
