The existing building is a closed block. As part of the design, a three-storey mass garage is built into the entire interior block area, which is only reflected outside by a flat roof, forming an internal courtyard with landscaping and a sports ground. Above the area of the yard is inserted a stage with administrative areas transversely between the existing wings of the building.

The extension of the office block is inserted above the newly created area of the inner block "in the air" between the wings of the existing building. With its minimalist architectural design, the addition corresponds to the rational character of the existing building. In longitudinal wings, concrete "towers" are installed to serve as communication cores and protected escape routes for both new and existing objects.
A three-storey prism with office space is inserted between these towers. A transverse levitating inserted new transverse trkat divides the inner block into two atriums. The roof of the underground parking areas is adapted as a walkway, with areas for relaxation and sports activities of the employees. In one atrium there are areas of green ery with terraces and a body of water, the other is defined for the playground.

The ecological concept of the project is comprehensively addressed with regard to low energy intensity, utilization of natural energy sources, quality of soul, management of rainwater and creation of pleasant working environment. Vegetation clusters with greenery are designed on rooftops, improving the climate in the area and in the city.
As a primary source of energy 12 boreholes with a depth of 130 m are designed for heating and cooling of new buildings for ground-water heat pumps. These energy sources allow building to be partially self-sufficient.
The intention is in accordance with the principles environmental sustainability.
