This project is centered around foundational principles that include the thoughtful use of local materials, a distinct structural vocabulary, abundant natural light, sustainable functionality, and an enriching user experience. By seamlessly integrating vertical circulation with spatial functions across all five floors, it creates a harmonious flow throughout the building. Externally, the structure presents a striking pure white volume that elegantly combines stone and concrete finishes. Complemented by expansive windows and thoughtfully designed atriums, the architecture allows light and air to permeate the interior spaces. As a result, this design fosters a continuous spatial rhythm, inviting users to engage with the environment and enhancing their overall experience within the building.
The design team masterfully crafted a welcoming space by blending the natural elegance of serpentine stone with the sleek functionality of concealed steel shelves, which together serve dual purposes of display and hospitality. The suspended steel reception desk, with its thin-plate structure, gracefully contributes to an atmosphere of lightness and relaxation. In contrast, the central atrium captivates with its use of mirrored surfaces and linear lighting, which not only enhance vertical visual expansion but also create a harmonious flow of light and shadow throughout the space. This sense of openness and depth invites occupants to engage with their surroundings in a more profound way. Transitioning into the office area, one will notice that the oak ceilings enriched with integrated audio systems cultivate a serene and focused creative environment, allowing for both concentration and inspiration. The third-floor functions as the designer's private residence, where an elegant arrangement of walnut tables and rattan chairs harmonizes with sleek metal shelving. This meticulously curated space effortlessly merges warmth with transparency, inviting comfort and creativity.
